Registration:
The registration has to be effected in writing by online-entry. The payment will be made directly with the registration. Alternative can be used the registration form. The form can be sent to us by fax or e-mail. Only complete forms signed by the athlete himself will be accepted.
Closing day of registration
Saturday, 11th September 2010 at 8 p.m.
Registration fee
until 03.07.2010: 30,00 Euro
from 04.07.2010 until 04.09.2010: 35,00 Euro
from 05.09.2010: 45,00 Euro
From the 10.09.2010 there can be used only the registration on the ground. Written or online registrations will not be accepted any more.
Timing Chip:
The Chip will be given out together with the number. There i no deposit for the Chip. Should the chip not be returned the participant has to pay Euro 30,00.
Payment with online-registration
The organizers ask to use the online-registration with its diverse methods of payment. The payment can be made by means of credit card or bank credit transfer. Doing the online-registration exists the possibility to take out an “annulment – insurance”. With that in the case of illness or accident the participant gets back the registration fee.
Payment with registration by post or fax
Alternative the registration fee can be paid with a registered letter with enclosed EC at the Organising Committee (OK Südtirol Drei Zinnen Alpin Marathon, via Dolomiti 45, 39030 Sesto), with credit card or bank credit transfer to: Südtirol Drei Zinnen Alpin Marathon, 000300272833, ABI 08020, CAB 58910, IBAN: IT 81J0802058910000300272833, SWIFT: RZSBIT 21109.
The registration form has to be handed in or sent (by post or fax) together with a copy of the paying-in slip of the effected payment!
The registration is only valid after made transfer/payment of the registration fee. Please do not forget, at the transfer/payment, to state the reason: “Registration fee Südtirol Drei Zinnen Alpine Run”, as well as the name and the date of birth of the participant/s, to exclude confusions.
Changes in registration/reverse of entry
Changes in registration are accepted only within 04/09/2010. Who has taken out an “annulment – insurance” (possible only with the online-registration”) gets the registration fee back from the insurance.
Who has not taken out an insurance can submit a medical certification not later than 09.09.2010. In this case the registration fee can not be reimbursed but it will be credited for the next year.
Conditions for participation
All runners born in 1992 and older can participate (Minimum age 18 years).
Categorie JUNIOR for runners born in the years 1993 and 1994; for this category it is compulsory to submit a medical certificate and the agreement of the parents to the Organising Committee.
ATTENTION!
1.000 starting places are available! The registrations will be considered in the order of payment-entry. It is worth using the online-registration.
TEAM RACE
Beside the single categories we offer for the second time a TEAM RACE classification. The participation is free. A Team is composed by a maximum of 4 and a minimum of 3 runners with the same nationality, independent of the category (Women, men, junior). The times of the 3 fastest team-members are summed and result in the team-time. Only runners registered for the single category classification can register for the time race.
The whole team can be registered at the online-registration. Alternative the registration for Team Race is on Saturday, 11.09.2010 until 08:00 pm and Sunday, 12.09.2010 until and not later than 08.30 am.
Responsibility
The organizers accept no responsibility for possible accidents happening to participants or to a third party neither before, during
nor after the race. Insurance: All participants have to insure themselves on their own.
Medical certificate
With the registration the athlete accepts the rules of the competition and declares to own a medical certificate as demanded in the international rules.

Transportation of clothes to the finish
Clothes can brought to the start area on Sunday, 12th of September 2010 from 07.30 a.m. to 09.00 a.m.

17,5 km long and 1.350 m of vertical drop.
Closing at the finish:

IMPORTANT
Way back down the shelter "Fischleinboden" is possible only by foot; then buses to the starting area.
The organiser has the right to move the race on an alternative track (Sesto - Monte Elmo, 11,2 km and 750 hm) if the weather is bad or the conditions are dangerous. So the race starts in any case.

Prices
The total sum of the prices for the 13th Südtirol Drei Zinnen Alpin Lauf amounts at 5.000 Euro. Die best 10 men and the best 7 women from the overall classification will be awarded. Every athlete crossing the finish line will have a "Finisher-Medal".
